SEEMP

SEEMP stands for Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan. It is a plan developed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) to help ship operators improve the energy efficiency of their vessels and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The plan includes a set of guidelines and best practices for ship operators to follow, such as optimizing ship speed, reducing fuel consumption, and improving maintenance practices. The SEEMP is a mandatory requirement for all ships over 400 gross tonnage and is part of the IMO's efforts to reduce the environmental impact of shipping.
