Freestyle Stroke

Freestyle stroke, also known as front crawl, is a swimming technique that involves alternating arm movements and continuous kicking. The swimmer propels themselves forward by reaching forward with one arm and pulling it back through the water while simultaneously kicking their legs in a flutter kick motion. The swimmer then repeats this motion with the other arm and continues to alternate. Freestyle stroke is the fastest and most efficient swimming stroke and is commonly used in competitive swimming.
