SRBL

SRBL stands for Self-Righting Bag Lifeboat. It is a type of lifeboat that is designed to automatically turn itself upright if it capsizes. The SRBL is equipped with a water ballast system that helps it to self-right. The ballast system is located on the underside of the lifeboat and is designed to fill with water when the boat capsizes. This causes the boat to become heavier on the overturned side, which in turn causes it to rotate back to an upright position. The SRBL is commonly used on offshore oil rigs and other marine installations where there is a risk of capsizing. It is designed to provide a safe means of evacuation for personnel in the event of an emergency.
