Mess Manager


A Mess Manager is a person responsible for managing the food service operations on board a ship. They are responsible for planning menus, ordering supplies, managing the galley staff, and ensuring that all meals are prepared and served in a safe and hygienic manner. The Mess Manager is also responsible for maintaining inventory records, monitoring food costs, and ensuring that all food service operations are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
