Deck House

A deck house is a superstructure on the deck of a ship that provides shelter for the crew and sometimes houses navigation and communication equipment. It is typically located on the main deck and may extend over a portion of the deck. Deck houses can be made of various materials such as wood, steel, or aluminum and can be designed in different shapes and sizes depending on the ship's purpose and size. They are an important part of a ship's structure as they provide protection for the crew from the elements and serve as a control center for navigation and communication.
