Blowholes
Blowholes are openings on the surface of the sea floor or on the shore through which water is forcefully ejected due to the pressure of waves or tides. These openings are often found in areas with porous or permeable rock formations, such as limestone or volcanic rock. Blowholes can be dangerous for boats and swimmers as the force of the water can cause injury or even capsize a vessel. However, they can also be a popular tourist attraction, especially when the water is ejected high into the air creating a spectacular display.
