PCGO

PCGO (Port Congestion Go) is a term used in the maritime industry to indicate the readiness of a port to receive a vessel. It is a measure of the congestion level at the port and is calculated based on the availability of berths, cranes, and other necessary infrastructure. A high PCGO indicates that the port is congested and vessels may have to wait for a long time before they can berth and unload their cargo. On the other hand, a low PCGO indicates that the port is less congested and vessels can expect to berth and unload their cargo quickly.
