Diving Bell

A diving bell is a device used to transport divers from the surface of the water to the depths below. It consists of a large, airtight chamber that is open at the bottom and weighted down with weights or ballast. The divers enter the chamber through a small hatch at the top and are lowered into the water. As the bell descends, the pressure inside the chamber increases, but the pressure remains constant inside the bell, allowing the divers to breathe normally. Diving bells are commonly used in underwater construction, salvage operations, and scientific research.
