Angle Collar

An angle collar is a type of fitting used in ventilation systems aboard ships. It is a rectangular collar made of galvanized steel that is used to connect two pieces of ductwork at a 90-degree angle. The collar is designed with flanges on each side that are used to secure it to the ductwork using screws or rivets. Angle collars are commonly used in HVAC systems aboard ships to connect air ducts to air handling units, grilles, and diffusers. They are also used to connect ductwork to ventilation fans and other air-moving equipment.
