Toggle Pin

Toggle Pin is a type of fastener used in the maritime industry to secure two objects together. It consists of a cylindrical pin with a hole drilled through the diameter and a separate ring or toggle that fits through the hole. The toggle is then rotated 90 degrees, perpendicular to the pin, to prevent it from slipping back through the hole. Toggle pins are commonly used to secure rigging and other equipment on board ships and boats, as they provide a secure and reliable fastening that can be easily removed when necessary.
